KUALA LUMPUR (April 30): Nexgram Holdings Bhd, through its subsidiary, has successfully completed its investment in Wings By Croske Resort Langkawi Sdn Bhd (“WINGS”), with the final stake fully converted.
WINGS, located adjacent to the Mahsuri International Exhibition Centre (MIEC), served as the official hotel for LIMA 2023, hosting participants during the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition (LIMA’23) in May 2023. The hotel played a pivotal role in accommodating attendees and ensuring the smooth execution of the event.
With the success of the WINGS investment, Nexgram’s construction and hospitality division is poised to further expand its footprint in the hospitality industry through strategic investments in select hotels and hospitality projects. Further upgrade shall be carried to lift the hotel from 4-Star to 5-Star in conjunction to future International events including LIMA’2025 and forward.
Nexgram expect the unit shall contribute positively to the group assets and value to the shareholders in the long-term.
